A healthier version of French toast as the rye bread toasts, lightly coated with egg, was baked in the oven wihout any traces of oil

Brunch Pasta with 7 min egg (16.80)
Comes with a loadful of bacon, mushroom, cherry tomaty and arugula

The creamy 7-min-cooked egg gives it a smooth and luscious sauce and tastes a great deal lighter than a restaurant version

The nutty flavours of the arugula, coupled with the lush, creamy avocado, savoury salmon, pungent capers & onions, with some minimal dressing
